Openings: 

While here on a Fulbright I am working closely with the department of photography and new media at the Academy of Fine Art and Design, Bratislava (AFAD aka VSVU). This weekend, they are celebrating their 20th anniversary with the presentation of a conference covering topics relevant to Slovakia and the photography world at large. This is in conjunction with the exhibition, A Youthful Medium, featuring VSVU/AFAD student work from the last 20 years.
